Returns and refunds

At Bonatale we want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Contact us first

Always contact us at support@bonatale.com before you send anything back. Include your order number, and feel free to add a photo if something is wrong. Then we can help you and give you the correct return address.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your parcel, in accordance with applicable consumer law. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping

If you return an item, you as the customer pay the return shipping to our warehouse in China.

Keep the product – up to 50% back

If you would rather not send the item back, we can offer a partial refund of up to 50% of what you paid, and you keep the product. This applies when the fault is not ours, for example if you have changed your mind or the product was not what you expected.

Damaged or wrong item

If the product arrives damaged, or we have sent you the wrong item, that is our responsibility. Contact us with a photo and we will solve it at no cost to you, with a new product or a refund. Your statutory rights always apply.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we refund you to the same payment method you used for the purchase, normally within 14 days.
